Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2, 2026
The short version: use Dopa Break kindly, know it is a wellbeing tool rather than medicine, and your data is always yours.
What Dopa Break is
Dopa Break is a self-guided wellbeing and focus-training tool. It offers structured practice (focus sessions, guided meditation, breathing, off-screen rituals) and honest self-tracking. It is free to use on the web.
What Dopa Break is not
Dopa Break is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, including ADHD. Our attention checks are self-tracking tools, not clinical assessments. If attention problems significantly affect your life, please talk to a healthcare professional.
Your account
You need an account to use Dopa Break. There is no guest mode: an account is what lets your progress follow you across devices. Keep your password safe, use the app only for yourself, and be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
Honest limits
We build on published research and cite it, but individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. Attention recovery takes consistent practice over weeks; anyone promising overnight fixes is selling something.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, scrape other users’ data, or use the contact form for spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms as the product grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
